When you receive the order you have 24 hours to check the goods for any damage. It is very important that you note any anomalies you observe or “pending review” on the transport agency’s receipt.
If you find any damage, please contact us as soon as possible to inform you of the return process. The costs will be paid by Jardín de Nerja and we will send the goods back to you free of charge.
In relation to the Physical Products, the User has thirty (30) working days from receipt to resolve the purchase and return the Physical Product with which he is not satisfied. To do so, the User must communicate their withdrawal to JARDÍN DE NERJA, by means of an e-mail to:firstname.lastname@example.org The customer will be able to return the product, identifying in the subject “Return”, and indicating in the mail, simply, his intention to return the Physical Product, his contact details and the identification of the order. You must then send the Physical Product to the address of JARDÍN DE NERJA , together with the invoice, at your own expense. The returned Physical Product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all its manuals and accessories. The User will be responsible for any possible damage to the Physical Product during transport. After checking that these conditions have been met, JARDÍN DE NERJA
will make the refund of the amount of the products within a maximum period of 7 days, paid in the payment method in which the User has paid for the Physical Product.
In the case of total or partial payments made by means of discount vouchers, these cannot be reimbursed by cash, transfer or card. The reimbursement of purchases made by means of discount vouchers will be made exclusively by means of a discount voucher of the same amount as that paid with this means of payment.
JARDÍN DE NERJA will keep in its warehouses and reserves the right to pay the amount of those orders that due to noncompliance with the conditions described above, being for exchange or return, cannot be put back on sale. The customer will have the right to recover their order by paying the shipping costs, either by their personal courier or, through ours (paying the costs).
In the case of orders out of stock that are made at the express request of the customer there will be no possibility of returning the product
