Ooni Digital Infrared Thermometer

Designed especially for Ooni ovens, this high-precision laser thermometer lets you know the exact temperature of the cordierite stone before and during cooking, so you always get the perfect bake.

Thanks to its full-colour digital LCD display and its laser guide, you get instant readings in less than 300 milliseconds. The thermal scan mode also lets you find the minimum, maximum and average temperatures of an area in a single measurement.

The Ooni Digital Infrared Thermometer is calibrated specifically for oven stone surfaces, but its adjustable emissivity also lets you measure other materials accurately, such as steel or cast iron. It includes Duracell® batteries and a handy removable hook so you can hang it from your Ooni table.
