The Performer Premium GBS 57cm barbecue from Weber is a charcoal barbecue with an exclusive design. It features a work cart with a folding table. It also stands out for the ONE-TOUCH cleaning system and the GOURMET SYSTEM grill.

The ONE-Touch cleaning system is exclusive to Weber. Simply operate the lever to open and close the vent valve located at the base of the bowl for the ashes to fall into a removable collection tray.
