The body of the Regal Pellet 500 X is made from 2 mm steel and has a grill surface of 81×49 cm, including the warming shelf. Continuous temperature adjustment and PID control for precise temperature maintenance and 3 quick start modes: smoke, indirect roast or direct. Controlled directly on the digital control panel or via an app using WiFi/Bluetooth®. Fully equipped with a powerful pellet feeder and a container for up to 10 kg of pellets, the premium roaster, 2 temperature sensors, extendable drip tray and a unique ash management system, as well as a side shelf.
