  • A vitrified cast iron cooking grate.
  • Retains heat to seal in juices and flavour.
  • Ensures even heat distribution.

Maintenance Instructions: Preheat the barbecue on high heat (230-315 °C) for 15 minutes and brush the grate with a stainless steel grill brush. If grease is heavily built up, clean with a scourer and Weber grill cleaner once the grate has completely cooled.
